Little Company of Mary Health Care provides a broad range of health and aged care services in five States and Territories - NSW, Victoria, Tasmania, and South Australia - and the ACT. This includes public and private hospital care, acute and sub-acute care, and retirement and aged care services.

In the coming year, our health care services will look after some 78,000 patients providing over 442,750 days of hospital care. On an average day, we will have almost 800 patients in our hospitals. About 4,500 babies will be born in our six maternity units during the year. We also will provide more than 89,300 outpatient services, treat some 56,000 people through our emergency departments, and provide care for more than 89,000 people through our community-based services.

There are about 3955 full-time and part-time staff working in the system, including more than 1800 nurses. Some 126 doctors provide medical care in our facilities, with a further 1388 specialists providing visiting services.
