Outpatient Rehabilitation Services
Outpatient Rehabilitation Services are located at 31 Tower Road, New Town. Three programs operate at this site – the Children's Therapy Service, Communication Access and Hydrotherapy – under a Service Agreement with the Department of Health and Human Services whereby Calvary Health Care Tasmania (CHCT) has been retained to provide these services to residents in the southern half of the state.
The programs offered at the Outpatient Rehabilitation Service by CHCT, do not require a payment from service users, and referrals are accepted from doctors, allied health professionals, Family, Child and Youth Health nurses, teachers, childcare workers and parents.
