Hotel Services
An integral part of any health service, the catering and housekeeping staff ensure that Calvary Health Care Tasmnaia is known for its excellent food and clean and well presented campuses. We offer three course meals for our patients, that are up to date, tasty and nutritious.
The Department has 135 employees and a total budget of more than $5.4 million.
In a year, Hotel Services uses:
- about 25,000 loaves of bread
- 750,000 individual packets of tea and coffee
- about 1/2 million tonnes of linen
- a half tonne of Milo
- over 120,000 individual containers of orange juice
